So Long Munich!

So our last weekend in Munich was the wettest since we lived there. It rained solidly for 48 hours, which does put a bit of a damper on things – excuse the pun!
We took all our visitors to the Hofbrau Haus and the usual city sights. We have just spent 2 nights with Justine and Arjen in Basel and spent the day sightseeing in Basel yesterday. We are heading to Epernay today, the heart of Champagne.

Homer sets out

So we have a week to go before we set out on our long trip. Neil has named the camper Homer, and it is all packed and ready to go. We are expecting the movers in on Tuesay 13th May to pack up all our stuff, which is going off to the farm in South Africa.
