Lockdown Day 82 - Tuesday 16 June

Youth Day in South Africa. The cold front brought in chilly, grey weather.
We stayed in and cooked Indian food to warm us up. Dum Aloo and Chicken Biryani.
Delicious with Mango Achar from a local farm, yogurt and the famous Mrs. Ball's Chutney. "Although there are differing accounts of the history of Mrs H.S. Ball’s chutney, all agree that it was a recipe passed down to Amelia Adkins, who married Herbert Saddleton Ball in South Africa in the early 1900’s."
We have had lone bachelor buck in the "garden" over the last few days. Bushbuck, Nyala, Impala, Kudu and Waterbuck. I'm not sure why but they're all in need of a harem before mating season.
