It felt so good to be settling in to a place for a few weeks. Unpack. Exhale. Enjoy.
Tracey, Robyn, Denise and Steve joined us for a three day weekend at Zebula. We all enjoyed relaxing, soaking up a bit of sun and playing Scrabble.
On Saturday morning while we were still sleeping a family of vervet monkeys got into the main house and ate their way through all our shortbread, rusks, nuts, chocolate, fruit and avos. Stevie and Denise got back from their run to find the kitchen, dining room and lounge in chaos.
2020 has felt like the least Christmassy year ever, so one night we set the table and played "The Present Game" to feel a bit festive.
