Today we were supposed to be staying at Bateleur Camp in Kruger but on Friday they cancelled our booking. I'm learning to take things day by day. So instead the ellies came to us at Ximongwe.
We have been watching a lot of series on the laptop. We are still years behind but we have finished off quite a few. Today we finished Sons of Anarchy. We've been enjoying the soundtrack so much. For example- Ed Sheeran - Make it Rain ( It's just been since lockdown that we've really noticed the music. We're not sure if the music improved in later seasons or if we're just more attentive these days.) Are you living more mindfully these days?
The cooking adventures continued. We're off to Mexico today. I made Beef Mole that simmered for 4 hours on the stove.
