Lockdown Day 121 - Saturday 26 July

In Life's journey there is a time for contemplation; a place for pause. To reboot, reset, refocus. But don't idle too long because then your tank will be empty and you'll have gone nowhere.

I want my "crazy, happy-hectic" life back now. I want to wake up in a different bed and travel a different road and eat in a different restaurant. Since we retired I have sometimes longed to stay in one place just a little bit; sometimes dreamt of settling down for a while. Well here I am. And it's not too bad. But I need to hit the road again. And hug my friends. And smile at strangers. And party like it's any year but 2020!

This time last year we were in Budapest.
