We said goodbye to our traveling mates at the Botswana border and heading South to Nata, they met up on the side of the road with Handie and Andrew who were travelling up to Kasane to meet us. By lunch time we were set up in site 12 at Chobe Safari Lodge, bubbly in hand. This is the view from the campsite deck. I love the self drives in Chobe NP. There are always amazing sightings whatever the time or season. To be the only private cars in such a massive park is unbelievable. And of course we got to go out on the water with Mandela for a great sunset cruise. Camping life is good in Africa, even with a bit of rain. And packing up is as much fun.We spent our 4th night at Senyati Camp. It was rather sad to see things so quiet and a bit neglected. We were the only guests. Quite a few of these photos are courtesy of Hanlie.
