Gondwana Collection is a great company with lodges all over Namibia. They will book your whole trip for you and South Africans get good discounts with a Gondwana Card. Most of their sites have lodges, self catering safari tents and campsites. The next three places we stayed at are part of the Gondwana Collection.
Hakusembe Lodge is a great stopover on the river just outside Rundu and overlooking Angola. 
Early in the morning Neil and Johan went fishing for tiger fish. The rest of us had a nice lie in.
Namushasha is in the Bwabwata area of central Caprivi near the town of Kongola. Campsite 4 has a large covered Lapa, ideal for the rainy season. 
We did a very wet drive into Mudumu Game reserve. 
There is some wonderful wild camping here if you come in the dry season.
Zambezi Mubala is a great fishing lodge on the Zambezi River outside Katima Mulilo and a good place to wait for PCR results. The campsites have private ablutions and a sheltered verandah which helps in the rain. We had great fun fishing and cruising the river even when the rain caught us out.
